Asiatic garlic is known for it’s rich, and complex flavour. It’s spicy too!

 

 

Asian Tempest: Hot and spicy with a strong garlicky flavour. Tangy and sweet when roasted.

 

Asian Star: Hot, sweet, and flavourful.

 

Sakura (Japanese): Rich in flavour. Initially hot, then mellows. Great with roasted meats and vegetables.
